Regional Training Conference
Get ready for the first Key Club conference of the year!
Regional Training Conference (RTC) is an overnight event that’s held every year to get members into Key Club spirit. You will meet tons of new people from all over the state, learn what Key Club is all about, and have a blast! Read below for details:
WHEN: Sept. 25-26, from noon to noon (Sat-Sun)
WHERE: YMCA Camp Jones Gulch, La Honda
WHY: Attend awesome workshops, meet lots of new people (3 regions will be there!), learn a ton about Key Club, and have an AMAZING weekend (campfires and dance included)!
COST: $65 (covers three meals, a t-shirt, overnight stay at Camp Jones Gulch, workshops, and miscellaneous activities)
NOTE: This event is tentative as of now. Confirmation will be sent out on Tuesday, Sept. 7, so look out for more information.
Even though this event is tentative, it is nearing! If you would like to attend, you MUST follow the instructions below (assuming the event is happening):
1) Reply with your name, gender, t-shirt size, and if you are vegetarian by Tuesday, 9/7
2) Complete and print out the Medical Form and YMCA Release Waiver (check your email)–have them ready by Friday, 9/10
**Do not worry about payment as of now; wait for more instructions in the next email on Tuesday.

Bowling Social! (:
We will be having a super fun and exciting BOWLING SOCIAL to raise money for District Convention. All the money from this fundraiser will go back to YOU to reduce the price of District Convention. Come hang out with friends while having a great time bowling!
What: Bowling Social (open to the division and non-Key Clubbers)
When: Saturday, February 20th from 5-7pm
Where: Homestead Lanes (20990 Homestead Road, Cupertino, CA 95014-0355)
Price:
$12 at the door for TWO HOURS OF BOWLING! That’s cheaper than the normal price!
$10 if pre-ordered/paid by Friday, February 12th (for Homestead students ONLY!!). Bring your money to the next meeting, or give it to an officer anytime before Friday! REFRESHMENTS are provided!

Our Daily Bread!
WHAT: Our Daily Bread is a soup kitchen/outreach program that serves hot lunches to the hungry. Help out by serving/preparing lunch for them!
WHERE: St. Thomas Episcopal Church; 231 South Sunset Ave., Sunnyvale 94086
WHEN: We are volunteering on two separate days during break.
Day 1: Monday, February 15, 8-11am; Day 2: Friday, February 19, 8-11am
Due to some people who have already signed up, we can take 8 people on Monday and only 5 people on Friday. If you would like to come, please reply with your name & the day(s) you would like to come by Friday, February 12.
