Moving Out Event – This Wednesday!
Hey Key Clubbers!
The City of Sunnyvale needs our help! There is an elderly woman who is moving to a nursing home on Wednesday but needs help moving things out of her house. The City of Sunnyvale is desperate for some help and so they naturally look up to us awesome Key Clubbers! Here are the basic facts:
What? Moving Out Event
Where? Sunnyvale Public Safety Building (Public Safety Officers will bring us to the location to move out items)
When? Wednesday, June 30 (THIS WEDNESDAY) from 10 a.m. to about 12:30 p.m.
Why help? Because this is a great way to help an old woman with something that is difficult for her to do by herself. Lend her a helping hand. :)
To sign up, reply to this email by tomorrow evening at 6 p.m. or give me a call at (408) 470-0963. I really hope many of you can help. The help will be very appreciated!

Summer Kiwanis Meetings!
Hello Key Clubbers!
Take the opportunity this summer to show your appreciation to our Kiwanians, the adults who provide us with support so that we can attend all the events that we have throughout they year, by attending one of their meetings on a Wednesday morning this summer. Here is the information:
When? Every Wednesday from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. (You do not have to attend all of them).
Where? The Lookout Inn (605 Macara Ave. – Sunnyvale, CA)
Why go? It’s a great way to show your appreciation, and you get a free breakfast!
How do I sign up? To attend these events, just email us at Homestead_KeyClub@yahoo.com by the Tuesday morning before the Wednesday meeting you want to attend.
I hope many of you chose to attend at least one of these!

Division 34 South Banquet/June DCM
Hello Key Clubbers!
Every year, our division holds a banquet to celebrate a full year of service. This banquet is a lot of fun: awards are given to officers and members, and there is a dance! Here are the specifics for the event:
Where? Quinlan Center (10185 North Stelling Rd. – Cupertino, CA)
When? June 19 from 6 pm to 10:30 pm
Dress Code: Semi-Formal
How much? $15 for dinner and dance

Relay for Life Garage Sale Recap
On Saturday, June 12, our club held a garage sale to raise money for the American Cancer Society. We sold a large variety of items, including stuffed animals, paintings, clothing, jewelry, baked goods, and much more. In total, our club raised $855! Thank you to everyone who helped with this event or simply brought in items to be sold. We appreciate your help! Here are some pictures from the event:
